…if it’s the caffeine content in espresso, or the actual liquid itself that is the cause of needing to urinate every 5 seconds.

    it’s actually the caffeine.. You also need to urinate after drinking green tea or any other sort of drink that has caffeine in it, that’s why if you’re a coffee drinker you need to drink more amounts of water than a regular person :)
